Jackie Earl Hill Sr., the younges child of Edgar Resley Hill and Mary "Randy" Edwards Hill, was born February 25, 1944, in Wilson, North Carolina.
He is the brother of Ethel Gray Hill (April 28, 1929-Dec. 8, 2013); Joseph "Lynwood" Hill Sr. (Sept. 16, 1934-Aug. 16, 2013); Kenneth Ray Hill (July 27, 1931-Nov. 6, 2000); and Janie Cleo Hill (June 6, 1941-Oct. 2, 2025).
Maxine Jewel O'Neal, the daughter of the late Cagie and Ann O'Neal, was born on August 14, 1945.
Jackie and Maxine were united in marriage on June 20, 1964, in Wilson, North Carolina. Together, they built a family, welcoming two children: Janell Hill and Jackie "Jay" Earl Hill Jr.
Jackie Earl Hill Sr. passed away at the age of 75 on July 2, 2019. He was laid to rest in Maplewood Cemetery in Wilson, North Carolina.
Maxine Jewel Hill died at the age of 76 on April 16, 2022, in Wilson, North Carolina. She was also buried at Maplewood Cemetery, joining her beloved husband.
